- All our products may contain, or contain traces of milk, wheat, nuts, soya, and other allergens. It is your responsibility to ensure all recipients are aware of this information, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions to these products
- All cakes are made to order with layers of sponge, raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream or chocolate fudge with chocolate butter cream. We can on request create our cakes with any number of different flavours just ask when you place your order
- All cakes should be stored in a cool dark place on a flat sturdy surface, never put iced cakes in the fridge other than fresh dairy cream cakes. Sponge, chocolate and carrot cake will keep perfectly fresh for 3 days after delivery. Fruitcake will last for months, if not years!
Portion Guide
Almost all our cakes are carved from 10 inch sponge and will generally provide up to 40 portions. The only exceptions are any specific customer request for a smaller / larger cake and our double number cakes. Double number cakes are carved from 16 inch sponge and generally provide up to 85 portions.
